How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received over the weekend are typically answered on Monday morning.
What if I don't know what material I need?
Don't worry. We'll advise on the best material as part of the quote process. Just describe what the part needs to do and we'll make a recommendation.
