1. About us

3D Quality Prints is operated as a sole trader business based in Wimborne, Dorset, UK. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean 3D Quality Prints.

2. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our Shopify-powered store, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

For custom-made items (bespoke 3D printing and CAD design services), the contract is formed when you confirm acceptance of our written quote and make payment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify's secure checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Despatch and delivery

• We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of order confirmation.
• Delivery timescales depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after despatch.
• We will provide tracking information when your order ships.
• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been despatched.

Delivery is free on orders over £30. The delivery charge, if any, is shown clearly at checkout before payment.

5. Returns and refunds — pre-made products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for pre-made (non-custom) products within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at info@3dqualityprints.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

6. Returns and refunds — custom-made items

Custom 3D printed items made to your specification are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specification).

However, if a custom item is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not conform to the agreed specification, we will offer a reprint, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@3dqualityprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

8. Customer-supplied designs and files

By submitting a design file (STL, OBJ, STEP, or other format) you confirm that you own or have the right to use that design and that printing it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We accept no liability for infringement arising from customer-supplied files.

We will not reproduce your design files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

9. Our intellectual property

Designs created by 3D Quality Prints for a custom order remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in writing. For standard product designs in our shop, we retain all design rights.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the goods or services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
